This is the sixteenth book in the Dragon Slayers' Academy series by Kate McMullan. Our girls have been reading a few different dragon stories and so this series is very interesting to them. It was where they are visiting the place where all old people stay. Grizzlegore ,the worlds oldest dragon, was coming to their school to get the gold there and if they don't Grizzlegore will burn down the school so the old people knows the dragon's secret weakness but they have to say this really long poem and dance. So they go to a gym to get shaped up for there dance and go to the school to defeat the dragon.

its about the world's oldest living dragon is coming to attack DSA on April's Fools day so when they go to the senior knight place they know a rhyme that can do something so when the dragon comes they start to do the rhyme but it doesn't work and he told them why he needed the gold then this guy who helped the senior. train helped him with his broken bones.

The first few books of the series were amusing. This one seemed boring. The writing is getting annoying, there are fewer puns and interesting turns of phrase. it's all a bit tired. Sorry. :( My son still likes it, though.

I liked how the old dragon slayers really worked hard to get in shape and proved that they could do it. (Maybe there's hope for me yet!) And I liked how in the end the dragon slayers and dragon worked together.
