Another excellent book by Leigh Tate!More 'Reality' than 'Romance', it is a refreshingly honest and straight forward focus on what it takes to keep livestock on your land. Her exacting research is distilled here in a clear, concise language that makes it a wonderful read, both the joys and heartbreaks are given for good balance.5 Acres & A Dream:The Book is excellent too, with a more wide range view on homesteading in general.
