      Exhaustive look at vietnam through the music generated describing the horrors of war and distrust of government. Beautiful book with thousands of images and detailed track listings spanning 13 cds. The majority of the music I never heard before. Many songs were by the troops themselves. Others rare tracks from Steppenwolf, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Charlie Daniels, etc etc etc. Interspersed are track listing of news broadcasts, interviews, snippets of LBJ and Nixon.
