      I was so happy to find a book for my husband that didn't assume he'd be desperately sad because coming baby means loss of the man cave. The week-by-week info is concise and focuses on changes to the baby as well as to the mama. I actually read this before my own pregnancy books because it was funny and digestible. There's a little twinge of the "men are kids, it's so hard to grow up" but much less so than in other man-focused pregnancy books I've seen. And, frankly, sentences like "Your partner [...]

      My partner got me this. We're having our first. I felt like it had some good information for the week to week progression of a developing fetus. It's lack luster when it came to labor and birth. The "man" stereotype wasn't too appreciated. I liked how it broke stuff down. An ok intro, funny in parts, but by no means complete. Fun images.
