Short story about a giraffe who eats too much jelly/jam and his spots turn blue. He then learns that he needs to eat according to a food pyramid, and his spots return to their normal brown colour.

Poor Ned.He’s a giraffe that only eats jelly. Then his spots turn blue! And he doesn’t feel good to boot! His friends help him realize he can’t eat just jelly. He needs a healthier, balanced diet by using the food pyramid. This is a great book to use to teach young children (especially if they only like one or two foods) to eat a wider variety of things.
