    A fantastic collection of stories based on the Cthulhu original by Lovecraft. The writing was splendid and genuine, was unique and original. I enjoyed each and every one of these stories to the full. Est. Contained here are spine-tingling, bone-chilling, bloodcurdling tales. Was impressed. Lovecraft will be proud wherever he is.     I've read Pratt's work before and have mostly enjoyed it, so when I found out that he had put together an updated collection, I decided to grab it. Having read some of the stories before (Cthelvis and Hundred Acre Woods) I kind of had an idea what to expect, but in the end I was blown away.Pratt has an amazing ability to pen Lovecraftian tales, and this anthology shows that in spades.     This collection is interesting. It is full of well developed characters even though these are short stories. That is hard to pull off. The author keeps your attention. His style of writing may not be for everyone but I certainly enjoyed these out-of-the-box stories. Very imaginative and well written. If you like horror and suspense mixed with some dry humor this is for you!
