      A long story with hidden secretsBased on the first two thirds of the book, I gave a 4 star rating. The last third I would give a 5 star rating. I found the book a bit too long at stages. It was biographical in nature and could have been told using a few less words. The book is very well written but be prepared for a lengthy read. I do see why the author spent so much time developing the back ground story but for me ,the story was more appealing once Alexander and Meredith became a couple and mar [...]
