      [Borrowed from my PL]Although this was a nicely done Key West setting, beyond that, it falls apart. Protagonist Keely Moreno finds a murdered body of a client (who is also stepmom of close friends). She reports it to the police and comes under suspicion because her gun is the murder weapon. A weak story made boring by a lot of character repetition, of scene action recapped, extraneous matter not pertinent to the case or characters, protagonist doing really dumb stuff.       See the comments in "The Irish Cottage Murder." These characters actually get in the way of the police, and yet we're supposed to be concerned about them when they endanger themselves finding out information that the police already know. I also had the mystery figured out way before the end, but not because I am terribly brilliant.

      Loved this book. Loved the mystery and since I am from a sub tropical area, loved the information about Key West. I hope to find more with the same heroine.
