      1. I liked this book because it shows what a child feels like when they are dropped off at school or at a day care center. This book shows the type of emotions that happen when the child has to be separated by mom or dad.       Realistic Fiction:This book is great, like many others, in helping children prepare for school or other times of separation from their parents. Many children question if their parents will return, and others have not doubt they will or fear if they dont ;), yet for those who need reassurance this book can help. It follows a family and little girl, Suki, who is afraid to leave her mom to go to school at the age of 4.

      A good way to introduce little ones to the idea of their parents or guardians leaving them at school or daycare. I enjoyed the part about the red heart and think it's something I may incorporate with my little one.
