      Andrew McNeill's "Breckenridge County" is an interesting novel about corruption, drugs and smalltown politics. While it was an entertaining read, I felt the characters were somewhat one dimensional and some of the subplots were undeveloped. However, it was a good effort for a first-time novelist.
